Edon Builders & Developers was formed in 2009, as a designing consultancy for homes. Initially, the company designed several homes across various districts in Kerala such as Calicut, Kannur & Malappuram.
By the mid of 2014, the company evolved from a consultancy firm to a construction firm. Initially, the company took up micro-projects and limited the number of projects to give on-time delivery to the customers.
